  First time visiting...and probably my last. Considering this is a place that kids will be visiting with parents/guardians, the whole place doesn't have a very welcoming atmosphere. Yeah, it's in a big warehouse type environment, but I found it very clinical and sterile. Undoubtedly a huge selection of toys to suit all ages and budgets, many of the things I looked at for Xmas presents I found much much cheaper on Amazon. The staff I encountered however were all friendly and probably this places only saving grace. Toys R Us seriously needs to up it's game and lower it's prices if it hopes to compete with Amazon and survive into 2018.
