  Fuming angry, bad service! Got a new bed, mattress was inspected and was proved to be faulty.. service centre couldn’t arrange a piss up in a brewery, took four attempts to get a re selection for a new bed.. went to the Brighton store to order the new bed, was promised on the day Christmas delivery, called on the Monday as instructed and the order wasn’t put through, said they would call back.. didn’t.. so I called again, more waffle.. didn’t call me back again so I called back a third time to chase up what was happening, told sorry it won’t be until after Christmas! And was basically hung up on when I said I wasn’t happy about that. Rude!!!
