  Do not use if you are old. Kept my patents waiting for weeks This company have been completely disrespectful to my parents. They have repeatedly ignored their calls. I called on my mobile and they answer straight away. They did not order the parts they promised to fix their washing machine. The cost of the second repair would have meant they could have bought a new washing machine! It is awful that a company abuses old people like this. They deserve the utmost respect like all old people. Further to this saga, the "technician" came to replace another bit and left without testing it. He does not return any phone callsdepute the messages starting that it leaks water everywhere. You would think he'd test it before leaving. Be careful with this company! Insist they test before you let them leave your house. Or user a reputable company.
